MEZCAL CRAFTED SINCE

ANCESTRAL TIMES

General Victoria Artisanal Mezcal is produced in La Galancita distillery, located within the breathtaking and imposing mountains of the state of Durango, right in the heart of Mexico.

For its production, espadín chacaleño agave is used, which grows amidst the richest and most mystical vegetation, along with stream water from the region’s mountain tributaries.

This artisanal mezcal, a true drink of the gods, was passed down to the people of Durango, and now we share it with Mexico and the world.

MEZCAL CRAFTED SINCE

ANCESTRAL TIMES

For its production
expert hands of our mezcal masters cut the agaves before each new moon…

… and extract their hearts,
which are then crushed and cooked in a stone oven.

The oven is heated
with guamuchil and zapote logs,
sealed with pine boards and soil.

Pine wood vats receive the pulp for its
natural fermentation,
which concludes with a double distillation and cooling with stream water from the region´s mountain tributaries.

Our mezcal is born
from this meticulous process.
